That`s why we are seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative (BDR) to serve as the linchpin between our Marketing and Sales teams. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, tasked with identifying and seizing new business opportunities through a strategic blend of outbound prospecting and relationship building.
You bring to SMBS the following competencies:
- Effective communicator and strong interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated work experience as a highly effective Business Development Representative.
- Hands-on experience and proficiency in various sales techniques, including but not limited to strategic cold calls and personalized emails.
- Ability to leverage modern communication platforms such as LinkedIn, utilizing video outreach, voice notes, and staying updated on the latest techniques to ensure a dynamic and effective outreach strategy.
- Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
You will be accountable for the following responsibilities:
- Make calls to prospects from provided lead lists.
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and educate them about our services.
- Qualify leads by gathering essential information and assessing their interest and potential as customers.
- Communicate the value and benefits of our offerings by addressing prospect questions or concerns.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team, coordinating schedules and providing necessary information.
- Keeping prospects warm by establishing rapport, nurturing relationships and following up regularly.
- Document prospect interactions and appointments accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with sales team to provide detailed and qualified leads for a smooth delivery process.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets and KPIs for lead generation and appointment setting.
